Review of 2025
In October 2025, the Mental Health Awareness Days were held for the first time at four ETH locations in Zurich and Basel. The event offered a wide range of opportunities to engage with mental health and wellbeing, including talks, panel discussions, creative formats and information stands. More than 10 ETH institutions and units contributed their own activities.
The aim was to strengthen awareness of mental health in everyday study and work, encourage open dialogue and provide information about existing support services.
Further support services
At ETH Zurich, various services are available throughout the year to support you in times of strain or challenging situations.
