Servix is being replaced

The service platform for event management and services provided by the 皇冠体育,皇冠体育app Services department will be replaced by a new order portal in 2027. Here you can find out everything you need to know about the replacement process.

Projectmanagement

The replacement is being supported by the IT services department. Marc Schleusener is acting as co-project manager alongside Daniel Müller, who represents the interests of the 皇冠体育,皇冠体育app Services department and users.

Phase 1 – Replacement of Servix (2025–2027)

  • Development and commissioning of a future-proof order portal based on the Microsoft Power Platform to replace the existing system by mid-2027.
  • The new order portal covers the core functionalities of the existing system and creates the technical conditions for gradual expansion.

Phase 2 – Optimisation and expansion (from 2027)

  • Optimisation of core functions with the aim of reducing order processing times and improving the user experience.
  • Expansion of the functions offered and service quality through the use of automation solutions from the Microsoft Power Platform.

 

Timeline and Dates

Current status

01/2025 – Initial prototyping phase for the new system has begun.

12/2025 – Requirements for the new system have been recorded.
