The next enrollment period at the Language Center of UZH and ETH Zurich begins on February 2, 2026. In addition to general language courses, our program includes courses and workshops in academic communication for employees and doctoral students.?
The Language Center offers courses in various languages and at different levels every semester. The range of courses is continuously adapted to the requirements of the university community, supporting students in their studies and staff in their work and research.
New offerings in the spring semester 2026 include
Advanced Korean II: Korean was newly added to the course program in the fall semester 2025. The next introductory Korean I course will be offered in the fall semester 2026.
English: An expanded, flexible Workshop Package for English that allows participants to choose workshops based on their individual needs.
Italiano B2-C1: Lingua, arte e cultura: A language course focusing on art and art history that combines classroom instruction with activities at the Kunsthaus.
