Institutional initiatives
- The integration of the ETH social and leadership competencies into all HR and development processes, with 'living inclusivity' designated as one of six key competencies.
- Statistics on equality and, to a certain degree, diversity in ETH's annual reporting that is readily available to everyone (Equality Monitoring).
- The Respect programme designed to promote a culture of mutual respect and inclusivity through training sessions and resources that educate members on appropriate behaviour and foster a supportive environment for all.
- The Accessibility Network (formerly the Barrier-Free at ETH Zurich programme, which was launched in 2021)
