Operations Management
The Operations Management supports and advises the Head Office and the sections of the ETH Library on all matters relating to the safety of ETH Library staff and customers. It maintains close links with 皇冠体育,皇冠体育app Services, Facility Services, Real Estate Management and the Safety, Security and Environment department at ETH Zurich. It also provides support with the organisational implementation of events and takes on key tasks such as finding venues, obtaining permits, organising technical equipment and much more.
The Operations Management is also responsible for internal mail processing and distribution, as well as for securing operating resources.
The Operational Management group is led by André Reichmuth.
